What drives the price?
These factors have the biggest impact on what a project costs. BromoBot will ask you about these during the chat.
Scope
How many pages, screens, features and integrations? A 5-page marketing site is orders of magnitude cheaper than a 50-page multilingual webshop.
Design
New brand identity or existing one? Need wireframes, a clickable prototype, or is following an existing design system enough?
Content
Do you supply the copy and images, or do we produce them? Strategy, copywriting and photography can be separate cost items.
Integrations
CRM, invoicing, payments, ERP, newsletter — each integration is a separate piece of work.
Scale
Expected traffic, user count, data volume. A 100-visitor site and a 50,000-visitor-a-day shop don't share infrastructure.

How much does an average website cost?
An „average" website doesn't exist — a brochure site, a lead-gen marketing site and a complex B2B portal are very different projects. BromoBot gives a preliminary estimate based on a few questions; the official detailed quote comes from the team once we've understood your needs.
Do you offer free consultation?
Yes. The first 30 minutes online are free and no-obligation. We review your needs and give you initial direction — before any official quote.
When do I pay?
Usually in 3 instalments: 30% at signing, 40% after the main development phase, 30% at launch. For longer projects, monthly billing also works.
Can I see the prices of your own products (Pontio, Bukio, Newsletter)?
Yes — these have public pricing. Pontio starts at HUF 3,900/month, Bukio offers a 30-day free trial, and the Newsletter platform is currently in a free promotional package. Full details on each product page.
What do I get with the quote?
A detailed scope, timeline, justification for the technology choices, and itemised pricing. Not just a number — a document you can use in a decision-making meeting.
What if the quote is too high?
We'll review together which parts to defer. Often the initial scope can be cut in half, and we build the rest when the business return is visible.
