Do I need any special equipment?
No. Your phone or the tablet/browser at the till is enough. The guest gets a QR code (printed or digital) that you scan at the counter.
How long does it take to set up?
The first reward logic is typically working within 1 hour. Onboarding your guests is naturally ongoing — we help with the communication materials too.
What if I want to switch to different reward logic?
You can any time — from stamps to points, from points to a combined system, and you can even run several rewards at once.
