Frequently asked questions
How long does setup take?
A typical studio sets up the basics (services, opening hours, staff) in 15–30 minutes. With passes, multiple locations or custom email templates, allow 1–2 hours.
Is there a transaction fee?
No. Guest payments go to your own Stripe account; Timeify only charges the monthly fee. Card fees are deducted by Stripe.
What happens when someone cancels?
You can set a cancellation policy (e.g. no cancellations within 24 hours). Freed-up spots are offered automatically to guests on the waitlist.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. The system provides privacy documents in Hungarian and English, and guests can request deletion of their data — you get notified when they do.
