Own hosting, GDPR-compliant data handling
The survey runs on your own domain and your own server — no external SaaS, no data leaving the EU, and no need to reference a third party's data terms in your privacy notice. Simple audit, clean legal position.
We encrypt sensitive fields, tie access to roles, and log every query. If needed, it can even run in an ISO 27001-compliant environment.
Conditional logic, validation, multi-page forms
Not necessarily 30 questions crammed onto one page, but a multi-step flow where everyone only sees what applies to them. Conditional fields, validation, flexible required/optional handling — all standard features.
File upload, image cropping, signature, payment (Stripe, SimplePay, Barion) — whatever it takes for the form not just to collect data, but even to close a transaction.
Statistics and exports
Every form comes with a simple dashboard showing incoming responses, response rates and per-question breakdowns in real time. No need to assemble a separate analytics tool for it.
Exportable any time to CSV/Excel, or sent directly to a CRM/accounting system. For long-term reporting, we can also produce an automatic monthly PDF summary.

Where is the form data stored?
On an EU server, by default with us (Hetzner Frankfurt), or on your own infrastructure on request. With a data-processing agreement, GDPR-compliant.
Can people pay through the form?
Yes, with Stripe, SimplePay and Barion integration. A successful payment and completing the survey can be part of one transaction (e.g. workshop registration).
Do you build a statistics dashboard too?
Yes, you get one by default. If you need deeper reporting (segmentation, time-series breakdown, cohort analysis), we develop custom visualisations too.
