Newsletter campaign creation
An existing newsletter list is your most valuable marketing asset — if someone has given you their email address, that's a far cheaper channel than acquiring a new customer on Facebook. But it only works if the content genuinely motivates opens and clicks.

Strategy and segmentation
The first thing we look at is the quality of your list. How many active subscribers, what source they came from, when they last opened. From this we build the segmentation — the same offer goes out with different copy to a loyal customer and to someone inactive for six months.
Sending cadence is key too: weekly? monthly? event-based trigger flows? That's decided by your list's activity, not a generic 'best practice'.
Design and copywriting
A newsletter lives or dies primarily on the subject line — so we typically A/B test 2–3 versions and send the winner to the main list. Alongside it, the preheader, the CTA and the layout are all deliberately written.
The copy speaks in your voice, not agency jargon. In a workshop we capture the tone together, and from then on we build every campaign on it.
Sending, measurement, optimisation
Mailchimp, Brevo (Sendinblue), Listmonk, or a custom system — we work with all of them. After sending we measure with concrete numbers: open rate, click rate, unsubscribes, bounces, and compare each campaign to the previous month.
The learning only counts once you do something with the data: we always refine the next campaign, or the automated trigger flow, based on the previous KPIs.
Frequently asked questions
Which sending systems can you use?
Mailchimp, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, Listmonk, Klaviyo — we work with these routinely. If you want to send from your own server, we usually recommend Listmonk. On request, we can also build a custom sending system.
What do I need to provide?
Your existing list (CSV or access to the sending system), your brand identity, and the campaign goal. We handle the rest (plan, copy, design, sending, measurement).
What do you guarantee (open rate, click rate)?
No serious partner promises a specific number — because list quality and topic are the biggest factors. What we promise: we deliberately test, measure, and get better with every campaign. A typical industry open rate is 20–35%.
